Psychological resilience is a persons ability to cope up with different crisis and to return their selves to pre crisis immediately. Resilience only exists when a person uses behaviors and mental processes to promote their personal assets and safeguard themselves from the potential negative effects of getting stressed out. They develop behavioral and psychological capabilities that will allow them to stay calm and collected during chaos. When it comes with resilience in the workplace training individuals must focus on overcoming difficulties by becoming resilient.

A person must focus and encourage their physical wellbeing. Physical health is the foundation of having a good mental health and creating the best working environment and to promote a healthy behavior can bring out different benefits. Eating healthy foods, exercising, avoid smoking and drinking alcohol can develop a pleasant working environment and behavior.

Stress management is very important and a priority. There are many ways to relieve yourself from stress. Engaging in positive activities will help increase the positive mood. Give yourself the time to unwind and free from worries. Think of hardships as challenges that need to be overcome.

Promote a place for open communication and strong connections or networks. Most people will thrive with the relationships they build with coworkers. Resilience can be gain through the teamwork of teams, social events and team days and managers which are sympathetic.

This include that they have a strong purpose and everything they do and have a realistic and positive outlook in life.

Being positive will let a person see the problems as a potential learning procedure rather than seeing it as a hill to climb on.

Maintain the ties and relationships that you have made and instantly, it will help you gain trustful comrades that can provide networks all the time.
